Marcia Ann Kuehl entered the Marine Corps in 1980 and retired as a Major in 2000. She earned her VFW membership in the Philippines during Desert Shield Desert Storm.   

She has been a member of VFW Dana Point Post 9934 since 2015 and held the positions of Assistant Quartermaster and Adjutant. 

Marcia has held multiple Dept of CA billets, to include Patriot Pen Chairman and Teacher Chairman, She currently is the Dept of CA Buddy Poppy Chairman and Social Media Chairman. 

National appointments include National Aide de Camp.  

Marcia also is a member of the Military Order of the Cooties, Pup Tent 79 Poway.
