Daniel Jennings
SOI Trainer - Army
Number 5 out of 6 boys, graduated Oceanside High School (Go Pirates) in 1995.
November 19, 1996 entered basic training for the U.S. Army Reserves. Daniel has three military occupational specialties, Ammunition Supply, Military Police, Human Resources. Currently an E-8 Master Sergeant.
Gained qualification of eligibility for the VFW 2004-2005 in Al Taqaddum, Iraq and again in 2010-2011 Bagram, Afghanistan. when not on active duty, Danile works for the Corps of Engineers (build better than Seabees) as an Administrative Officer.
Currently a Gold Legacy life member, joining the VFW national at large at a Gun show in Costa Mesa, CA in 2005. Transferred membership to the Anaheim Post 3173 in 2012 once he and his wife purchased a home a half mile from the post.
Father to three children, two boys and a girl. Carol, his wife, is an E-9 Command Sergeant Major and is also a Silver legacy life VFW member. He enjoys golfing, magnet fishing, motorcycles, and surfing.
